Upcoming Virtual Events in September & October 2020
During the last six months we have been meeting virtually with our Executive Safety Exchange. This has allowed the group to connect regularly on how they are leading during the current pandemic, sharing strategies and suggestions for creating the best possible work environment for all their teams. There has been some great discussions and excellent shared strategies.
During our July Catch up we started exploring concepts around creating a learning culture and “embracing the green and challenging the red”. Following on from these discussions we have planned a 2 part series on High Performance Organisations.
We start in September with our Executive Safety Exchange members sharing their experiences of critical events within their organisation that have had an impact or had the potential to impact on Safety & Wellbeing.
Then in October we will have a special guest speaker: Dr Andrew Hopkins - Emeritus Professor of Sociology at the Australian National University in Canberra. Andrew will provide insights into High Reliability Organisations with a focus on principles of good “bad news” reporting systems.
