Our 20th Year in Business
This year we celebrated 20 years in business, so what better way to wrap up the year than to dedicate our entire e-news to celebrating!
We gathered the SafetyWorks team and reflected on our success throughout the year. Some of the achievements we are most proud of include:
- We have partnered with over 50 clients in 2019 including many brand new partnerships.
- Delivered an additional seven Safety Maturity Assessments (SMA) which has allowed us to create more bench-marking data. Our repeat SMA’s are showing improvements in their safety culture each time, and considerable decreases in injury statistics!
- Strengthened our safety professional evaluations.
- Broadened our coaching profile with an additional coach on the team!
- Lots of team days, lunches and morning coffees, as well as some great initiatives to give back to the community.
- We held a further three Executive Safety Exchange and Heads of Safety events.
- Launched our podcast – Leading Safety – Keeping Safety Real.
- Celebrated SafeWork month with the Bringing Safety to You competition.
- Delivered our first webinar on Developing a Mental Health Strategy.
- Revised and re-launched our Health, Safety & Wellbeing Support Services providing flexible long and short term in house support arrangements and we have worked with many clients to deliver this service in 2019, including welcoming some new faces to our team to support this service.
