Winners of the 2018 APS Workplace Excellence Awards were announced on Thursday 25 October at a gala dinner event in Melbourne. Our own Traci Carse was involved as part of her role on the Workplace Excellence Awards steering committee.
In a climate where positive applications of psychology in the workplace are highly valued, and where it is difficult to discern the average from excellent, these Awards recognise Australian businesses boosting success through psychology.
Now in its fourth year, the Awards, established by the Australian Psychological Society (APS) and the APS College of Organisational Psychologists, recognise where psychology is applied with finesse to achieve excellent outcomes for organisations and their people.
Congratulations to each of the winners and finalists - it is a wonderful achievement to be recognised by Australia's premier professional body for Psychology in Australia.
