At our Executive Safety Exchange Forum held in Sydney on March 8, a group of business leaders from Sydney Water, Caltex, Virgin Australia, Moly-Cop, Coca-Cola Amatil, TasNetworks, Port Waratah Coal Services and Uniting was privileged to hear from world expert on Process Safety, Operational Integrity and Critical Risk Management, Martin Sedgwick.  With a career spanning 40 years of operational, management and consulting experience internationally, Martin was an expert witness on the US Chemical Safety Board's investigation into the DeepWater Horizon explosion in the Gulf of Mexico in 2012.
